2nd Mortgage Story

I asked this question before caravans, trailers, permanent space in a field in South Carolina. I do a lot of research here, and many of my backlinks have been negative in any bank or financial institution, even taking a second mortgage or a loan to buy a trailer in a camp called. I also have some negative comments about the resale value of these structures. Does anyone know, or how to find a reputable lender in South Carolina? I'm in North Carolina and my agent knows or has advice for me in this situation. He told me to go to South Carolina. So here's what I ask. Any help is appreciated.
