I want to refinance my first mortgage with the lender itself, to pay the mortgage according to another source for money to pay other loans. The total loan amount is $ 330,000.00. How much should a lender charges to do this? Talk to your lender. My refi'da zero. z2008, as already posted, if you use the same lender you already have an account with them - do not pay for closing costs.
